Outdoor apparel brand LIVSN Designs announced today that it has raised a round of seed capital led by RZC Investments, a Bentonville-based investment firm deploying capital on behalf of Steuart Walton and Tom Walton.
LIVSN states that the investment is a step in furthering its commitment to "redefining outdoor apparel through sustainability and innovation." The company plans to use the funds to support team expansion, further product-line diversification, and distribution scale-up. Cadron Capital Partners and Techstars also participated in the round.
LIVSN has five full-time employees, has raised over $1 million on Kickstarter, and has apparel available at 80 retailers.
