Canadian brand announces opening of Pinnacle US retail store in iconic NYC location, with focus on leading design innovation in the outdoors
Arc’teryx, the Canadian high-performance mountain gear and apparel brand, opened a Pinnacle Store in Flatiron, NYC. Drawing on Arc’teryx’s commitment to premium, performance-led design, and the Flatiron community’s design heritage, the new store marks the highest global retail expression for the brand.
Occupying 6,600 square feet in the heart of the vibrant Flatiron design district, the new store is one of the brand’s biggest in North America. In addition to a wide array of Arc’teryx’s main line products, the store will also feature Veilance and System_A collections – representing outdoor gear for the city environment, and disruptive next-generation outdoor apparel, respectively.

Next year, we’re looking to expand our direct-to-consumer footprint further with 15 new store openings. The decision to open an Arc’teryx brand store in the Flatiron district was a strategic choice, representing the brand’s commitment to design, craftsmanship, and desire to be embedded in the city’s design community. Inspired by the unique challenges faced by mountain athletes, Arc’teryx apparel and equipment is designed to solve real problems for mountain athletes. Inventor of game-changing mountain innovations including the WaterTight Zipper™, Articulated Fit and StormHood™, the brand’s revolutionary designs appeal far beyond its Canadian Coast Mountain home.
